About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues on Windows, macOS, and Ubuntu devices.
  • Work with IT service management (ITSM) ticketing systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Systems Administration and Networking.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams.
  • Maintain and manage IT assets and equipment.
  • Create and maintain user guides and technical documentation.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Available for a part-time internship (at least 3 days per week) for a minimum duration of 6 months.
  • Basic experience in deploying enterprise desktops (Windows, Ubuntu, macOS) and related software (e.g., antivirus, Adobe, Microsoft 365).
  • Basic knowledge of mobile device setup (iOS/Android), including email and business applications.
  • Familiarity with any programming language is an advantage.
