About the Role

            Responsibilities  Troubleshoot and resolve issues on Windows, macOS, and Ubuntu devices. 
Work with IT service management (ITSM) ticketing systems. 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Systems Administration and Networking. 
Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams. 
Maintain and manage IT assets and equipment. 
Create and maintain user guides and technical documentation. 
 Qualifications and Requirements  Available for a part-time internship (at least 3 days per week) for a minimum duration of 6 months. 
Basic experience in deploying enterprise desktops (Windows, Ubuntu, macOS) and related software (e.g., antivirus, Adobe, Microsoft 365). 
Basic knowledge of mobile device setup (iOS/Android), including email and business applications. 
Familiarity with any programming language is an advantage.
