IT Support Assistant — Free Govt‑Funded Tech Career Path

Netcom Training offers a free, government-funded IT Support course designed to help individuals break into the tech industry. The course lasts 13 weeks and provides essential knowledge on hardware, networks, cloud computing, and troubleshooting, along with the CompTIA Tech+ certification. Participants will benefit from ongoing career support upon course completion.

Eligibility requires that applicants live in the West Midlands, be at least 19 years old, and not exceed a gross annual wage cap of £34,194. The course features practical online workshops and additional employability workshops as well.
