IT Support /Assistant (Emirati) – Dubai

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, resolving user problems efficiently.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals, ensuring optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair IT equipment, escalating complex issues to senior technicians when necessary.
• Manage user accounts and access permissions, ensuring data security and compliance.

Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Hold relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified.
• Demonstrate 2-3 years of hands-on experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
• Have prior experience working within the UAE or GCC region, understanding local business environments.
