Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced IT Specialist (Tier 2/3) to support a leading asset management firm in New York. This individual will act as the point person for all internal IT needs, working closely with an outsourced IT provider to support day-to-day operations, troubleshoot issues, and maintain overall system performance.
This is a high-impact, team-of-1 role, ideal for someone who is hands-on, autonomous, and comfortable owning IT support across infrastructure, systems, and end-user support.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary IT support contact for all employees, resolving hardware, software, and system-related issues
Provide Tier 2/3 troubleshooting and escalate issues as needed to external IT/NOC partners
Manage and track hardware inventory, software licenses, and lifecycle planning
