IT Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team!. This individual will provide hands-on technical support across hardware, software, and ERP systems. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with experience supporting business-critical applications.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide on-site IT support for end users, including desktops, laptops, printers, and network issues
• Troubleshoot and maintain hardware and software systems across departments
• Support business applications, including Microsoft Access databases and the Fourth Shift ERP system
• Write and run SQL queries, troubleshoot table relationships, and assist with reporting
• Assist with user setup, system permissions, and IT onboarding/offboarding
