The Role:

Supervises day-to-day IT site support activities by coordinating technical staff, resolving end-user issues, and ensuring timely delivery of workplace technology and infrastructure support services in accordance with established service standards.


Responsibilities:

  • Supervises daily site support activities, ensuring technicians follow support processes and respond to user requests efficiently within established service timelines.
  • Guides team members in diagnosing and resolving end-user computing issues while ensuring consistent service delivery and adherence to support procedures.
  • Monitors incident queues and service requests handled by team members, ensuring timely resolution and proper escalation of complex issues.
  • Coordinates with infrastructure teams to ensure network, server, and system availability while guiding technicians in addressing connectivity or access problems.
