Insight Global is looking for an IT Service Owner – Infrastructure (Server & Storage) that is accountable for the end‑to‑end reliability, stability, and operational readiness of the infrastructure services portfolio. This role owns service outcomes, not ticket queues, and focuses on reducing repeat incidents, improving time‑to‑restore, and increasing operational predictability through standardization, governance, and automation.
