Overview Helpdesk Support Specialist

– Support hardware and software requests, manage helpdesk tickets, and provide technical assistance in an office setting.

Key Responsibilities

Provide in-person and phone support to on-site and remote employees

Support computer hardware, laptops, mobile devices, telephone, printers, copiers, faxes

Support Windows 10 and 11, Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, NTFS file system permissions, and in-house applications

Timely account creation and setup for new hires

Create and update technical documentation

Administer and maintain printer server and print‑tracking software

Collaborate with network administration and development teams to implement new technology

Provide call center support

Adhere to policies and procedures to ensure AML requirements are met, when applicable
