IT Senior Operations Engineer (Ramos Arizpe)

This role is responsible for leading the design, implementation, support, and continuous improvement of the organization’s IT infrastructure. This role ensures high availability, performance, scalability, and security of enterprise systems while providing advanced technical expertise and operational leadership.

• Infrastructure Monitoring & Maintenance (On-site & Remote) Ensure infrastructure availability, reliability, and performance through proactive monitoring and capacity planning. Respond to infrastructure incidents and service interruptions, troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions. Also, escalated complex issues to vendors or higher support tiers when necessary. Maintain incident records and update ticketing systems.
