IT Risk and Control Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Risk and Control Analyst to support our organization's IT governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives. This role is responsible for strengthening security controls, ensuring compliance with IT policies and best practices, and supporting continuous process improvement across the IT department.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute planned testing activities, document findings, and ensure issues are resolved in accordance with Change Management policies.
Ensure all IT changes are properly justified, documented, classified, tested, and implemented within controlled environments.
Perform IT General Controls (ITGC) and application control reviews for both simple and complex information systems.
Continuously monitor risks across enterprise systems, including applications, physical access controls, and user activity.
