Solugenix is seeking an IT Recruiter responsible for full life cycle recruiting with a primary focus on identifying and hiring IT talent. You will source, screen, and interview applicants for current and future job openings as well as coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on IT, technology, or technical roles. Proven experience recruiting for a variety of IT positions, including software developers, engineers, analysts, project managers, cloud professionals, cybersecurity specialists, and infrastructure roles. Strong understanding of IT technologies, technical skill sets, and industry terminology.
