:


Coordinate the procurement of hardware, software, and IT accessories based on customer requirements.
  • Obtain quotations, raise purchase orders, place orders, and track deliveries to ensure timely fulfilment.

  • Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies related to purchase orders.

  • Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal IT stakeholders, escalating issues where necessary.

  • Advise customers on Epiroc IT standards and best practices in line with The Epiroc Way.

  • Maintain and update IT purchasing procedures and documentation.

  • Support ad hoc sourcing activities and supplier selection in collaboration with the Global IT Sourcing Team.

  • Contribute to projects, provide reports as required, and perform additional duties, including occasional international travel.
