About the Role
- Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues involving operating systems, software, hardware, networks, printers and scanners.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of office IT infrastructure including LAN, internet connectivity, routers, switches, wireless access points and NAS system.
- Install, configure, and maintain end-user equipment such as desktops, laptops, monitors and peripherals.
- Assist HR with IT onboarding and offboarding, including granting system access, conducting induction for new hires, and preparing devices.
- Ensure IT security and data privacy practices are followed, including antivirus updates, access controls, and basic security checks.
- Liaise with external IT vendors and service providers for issue escalation, maintenance, and IT-related projects.
