About the Role
The IT Manager is responsible for all aspects of Crane 1's technology infrastructure, systems administration, security and end-user support. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both strategic vision and operational execution. The ideal candidate brings a track record of building reliable, secure, and scalable IT environments in middle market companies, with strong command of the Microsoft ecosystem and a bias for uptime, efficiency, and responsiveness.
This role reports directly to the CFO and is expected to function as a trusted operational partner to business leadership.
