About the Role

Job Responsibilities

  • Management and support of the ICT Infrastructure (Core Fibre Network, Firewall, Servers, VOIP Telephone Systems, 400+ Workstations and Printers);
  • Develop and execute the IT strategy;
  • Manage, support, and lead the IT team;
  • Develop and implement IT security policies and best practice guidelines; ensure systems, networks, and data are safe and secure;
  • Budgeting and forecasting, expenditure and asset management;
  • Project management;
  • Manage Audio Visual and Print department;
  • Setup, testing, and adherence to backup and disaster recovery;
  • Software management – updates, license renewals for a wide range of software suites.

Desired Experience & Qualifications

  • 5 to 8 years’ experience in a position of similar nature;
  • Experience in customer service industries preferred; experience in the education sector is an added advantage but not essential;
