Seeking a Finance professional to support IT/Engineering leadership with budgeting, OPEX management, forecasting, and month-end close activities. This role partners with functional leaders on portfolio planning, headcount forecasting, variance analysis, compliance, and financial modeling.

Key Responsibilities

Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasts

Perform financial modeling and what-if analysis

Manage OPEX and headcount forecasting

Support month-end close and GL reconciliations

Ensure compliance with financial policies

Drive process improvements and spend efficiency
