About the Role
Job Description
- Act as the first point of contact for local system and application issues; perform initial analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the Taiwan IT team and coordinate follow-up actions as needed.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain local reporting systems based on business and operational requirements.
- Gather, clarify, and confirm system and reporting requirements from local users.
- Perform basic system testing and validation to ensure solution quality before release.
- Assist in preparing simple system documentation or user guidance when required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in system development, application support, or related roles.
