About the Role

Job Description

- Onsite support for customers who have maintenance contracts with the Company (weekdays, business hours)
- Support customer’s IT team about PC matters
- Control vendors
- Report on the work to managers 
Job Requirement

・Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology
・Language: English at business level
・Experience: 1 year of experience in the IT industry
- Knowledge of PCs and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Server, Network, and other ICT (Information and + Communication Technology) devices
- Strong reporting skills via email, files, and phone to managers in HCMC
- Must be punctual, reliable, and able to follow rules and procedures
- Must be motivated, possess good teamwork, management, and trouble-handling skills
- Must be willing to learn
