Job Description
Work with stakeholder, functional departments to determine new software requirements;
Analyze and give consulting how software applications can achieve departments and Company business objectives;
Evaluate design of new and existing systems to assess their functionality, effectiveness, reliability, performance, usage, maintainability, and cost of ownership;
Identify and recommend improvements to existing system designs;
Establish and stimulate software development standards, and processes along with best practices for delivery of scalable, and high quality software;
Manage and execute software development projects from beginning to finish, including budget, schedule and resources, develop, evaluate and manage project status;
