IT Assistant

Job Summary

The IT Assistant will support the maintenance of the data center, server systems, and thin client infrastructure for CW Home Depot. The role reports to the IT Supervisor and assists in resolving IT-related issues for internal clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hardware-related concerns
• Support efficient management of IT infrastructure
• Ensure servers run at optimal performance
• Assist in hardware/software troubleshooting
• Install software and applications on servers
• Test new devices before deployment
• Monitor server inventory and specifications
• Respond to employee IT inquiries
• Update servers and push updates to workstations
• Perform other ad hoc IT tasks as needed
