We are a fast-growing catering company looking for a responsible, system-driven individual to handle both Catering Software System & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Catering System

. Management of daily catering system operations

. Liaise with the Vendor & Follow up on next Module.

. Ensure all orders, quotations, and records are accurate

. Monitor workflow and flag issues early proper tracking and documentation (B&W)

2. Sales Execution

. Handle customer enquiries (WhatsApp / Email /Calls)

. Prepare and send quotations

. Follow up and close sales

. Ensure all enquiries are properly tracked

. Maintain fast response time

Requirements

. Experience in Sales / Admin / Operations preferred No experience are welcomed to apply
