  Main Purpose of the Job: 
 The primary objective of hiring an IT Asset Management (ITAM) Officer is to guarantee that the organization derives maximum value from its investments while minimizing unnecessary expenditures and legal security risks by: optimizing asset utilization, ensuring compliance, streamlining processes, maintaining data accuracy, supporting strategic decision-making, enhancing collaboration, and promoting continuous improvement.
 By accomplishing these goals, it facilitates improved decision-making, cost control, and risk mitigation by providing clear visibility into asset inventory, usage, and spending.
  Key Accountabilities: 
 Ensure that all IT assets (both hardware and software) inventories are accurate and up to date by using, but not limited to, Service Now CMDB and Excel files or asset inventory tool.
