Overview

Responsible for the end‑to‑end software development lifecycle, system maintenance, and production support for the Credit Card system (ASCCEND). The core responsibility involves ensuring the seamless operation of these applications and their various interface systems. This includes leading incident management and troubleshooting efforts by following established SOPs to resolve production issues efficiently. Beyond day‑to‑day support, the position is deeply involved in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
