IT Application Specialist

We areseeking a highly skilled and versatile IT Applications Specialist tooversee and optimize key business applications including Microsoft Dynamics365 Business Central (ERP) , HubSpot (CRM) , Microsoft Power BI , SQL databases , and Advanced Excel Analytics . This role alsoincludes acting as the primary IT coordinator with our external AMCprovider and leading efforts in Cyber Security Awareness and User Training .

Key Responsibilities

ERP & CRM Administration

• Drivethe implementation of Microsoft Dynamics (MD) in partnership with theimplementation vendor, including configuration, data migration, and PowerBI re-establishment.
• Define and execute the legacysystem exit strategy, ensuring secure historical data extraction to thedata lake, continued reporting access, and system decommissioning.
