ISO Compliance Executive

Job Description

• Comply with Malaysian law, ISO/RBA requirements, company policy target, other applicable rules and regulations.
• Support development of organization business standard based on business function.
• Collect and analyze data on related processes and or operation.
• Prepare analysis report and proposal on related improvement based on organization function.
• Develop and implement organization business standard based on organization function. (5S, etc.)
• Implement skill management for skill and organization function.
• Support and promote manpower training plan based on TNA and Skill Map Analysis.
• To support certification or re-certification activities in obtaining required ISO and other requirements certification or re-certification in BMMY.
• Implement PDCA cycle in all activities done.
• Any other duties assigned by superior.
