Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations & Invoicing Officer to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing invoicing, delivery documentation, shipment reconciliation, and daily ERP/system data entry while ensuring accuracy and smooth coordination between warehouse and accounts teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Documentation & Invoicing

• Generate accurate invoices, Delivery Challans (DCs), and shipment-related documents for outgoing orders.

• Ensure all financial and shipping documentation complies with company policies and customer requirements.
