About the Role
Job Accountabilities
Support the daily operation of Investment Accounting and Administration team
Responsible for correct and timely daily processing, posting and clearing of securities transactions, income payments and corporate actions
Investigate the discrepancies that may exist and follow up with relevant parties
Responsible for timely month-end operations closing activities
Perform the periodic reconciliation of securities holdings and cash account holdings with custodian banks
Participate in the assigned projects for process automation and continuous improvement
Job Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of practical experience in banking, global custody or insurance operations is preferable
Fresh graduate with Bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting and keen on developing career in area of investment operations and investment accounting is also welcome
