Responsibilities
:
Collaborate with the Investment Compliance Team on various tasks.
Utilize analytical and research skills to deepen your understanding of regulatory requirements for investment compliance across both U.S. and international jurisdictions.
Prepare and analyze reports related to shareholder disclosures, investment guidelines, and other relevant documentation.
Review and provide feedback on current prospectuses, statements of additional information, investment advisory agreements, and governance documents.
Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable rules and regulations for funds and accounts.
