Investment Associate: Private Markets & Secondaries

Qualitas Funds, based in Madrid, is seeking an Investment Associate to support evaluation, execution, and monitoring of private equity investments. The role involves working closely with Investment Directors and Partners in a collaborative environment, contributing to deal execution and strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in private equity or related fields, strong financial modeling skills, and fluency in English as well as Spanish or Portuguese. This position offers significant responsibility and growth within a dynamic organization.
