Investment Associate (Pamplona)

Main responsibilities

• Participate in the analysis of new investment opportunities, including the review of markets, business models, assets, regulatory risks, key contracts and expected returns.
• Prepare and review financial models, valuation analyses, business plans, sensitivity cases and investment scenarios to support decision‑making by the senior team and investment committees.
• Support the execution of transactions, including the coordination of due‑diligence processes, preparation of internal materials, interaction with external advisors and follow‑up of financial, legal, technical and commercial documentation.
• Monitor portfolio assets and platforms, including performance analysis, financial model updates, internal reporting and support for value‑creation initiatives.
