Investment Analyst - Market Leading IPP

Responsibilities

• Supporting project FID processes across pipeline of projects in UK and Europe
• Support initial investment review and screening of prospective investment opportunities.
• Working on debt funding for the pipeline of projects (liaising with lenders, reviewing bank models, coordinating due diligence and transaction execution).
• Building, maintaining and analysing detailed financial and valuation models.
• Preparation of regular memos, slide decks and transaction materials for board approval.
• Monitoring and reporting on the portfolio/pipeline.
• Forming of strong internal relationships across the business, including development, project delivery, asset management and finance teams with some exposure to senior management.
• Proactively analyse the financial impact of individual project risk, regulatory changes, and the economic environment on the group’s portfolio. Working closely with Project ...
