Inventory Officer-Chemical Terminal

The Inventory Officer is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory management and stock integrity across the company's chemical storage terminal comprising more than 26 bulk storage tanks with a total capacity of approximately 32,000 CBM, packaged chemical warehouses, and third‑party logistics (3PL) storage facilities. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records in SAP, supporting bulk and packaged chemical movements, ensuring stock reconciliation, batch traceability, and coordinating with multiple departments to achieve operational excellence while maintaining compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Role & responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records for bulk chemicals, drums, IBCs, pails, bags, and packaged materials across tank terminals, warehouses, and 3PL locations.
• Ensure physical stock accuracy and reconciliation with SAP records through daily, weekly, and monthly inventory checks.
