Inventory Manager

Oxford Solutions is working with an industrial equipment supplier in the South Hills area of Pittsburgh, PA seeking an Inventory Control & Materials Manager. This is a contract-to-hire, onsite role supporting electro-mechanical equipment operations.



This position is ideal for someone who enjoys owning inventory processes, working cross-functionally with production, and driving efficiency in material planning.

Responsibilities:

• Review incoming orders and create bills of material to allocate inventory


• Manage inventory levels to support production and customer demand


• Analyze data and forecasts to anticipate material needs


• Track shipments, deliveries, and inventory accuracy


• Utilize ERP systems to monitor and maintain inventory records
