About the Role
Responsibilities
- Perform daily stock count, record daily movement, and do stock adjustment.
- Updates excel worksheet on all outgoing shipment to insurer for insurance coverage at the end of the day.
- Compute insurance value and arrange stocks for insurance.
- Issue Transfer Order (TO), Marketing Loan (ML), Manual OA (spare parts), Proforma Invoice (PI)/ Commercial Invoice and Tax invoices.
- Coordinate/manage the transportation of goods, including import and export activities permit / cites and carnet, and ensure full compliance.
- Liaise with freight forwarders and carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Perform quarterly/half-yearly and annual stock-take and reconcile when there is discrepancy.
- Perform consignment billing/ Inter-company billing and ad-hoc direct billing.
