Inventory Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities:

Inventory Operations
• Perform basic ERP inventory transactions including receipts, transfers, returns, and adjustments • Support cycle counts and physical inventory activities • Investigate and document reverse logistics variances for review
System & Data Management
• Enter and maintain inventory data in the ERP and/or inventory management system • Update transaction notes and supporting documentation to maintain audit trails • Run basic reports to support inventory reviews and reconciliations
Order & Field Support
• Assist with shipment tracking • Support returns processing including cores, DOA, and excess material • Respond to routine inquiries from internal teams
Process & Compliance
• Follow documented SOPs and work instructions consistently • Escalate issues, discrepancies, or exceptions per defined procedures • Support audit readiness by maintaining accurate and tim...
