Inventory Assistant

Job Description

• Monitor daily stock levels and ensure continuous availability of fast-moving products
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming FMCG shipments
• Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
• Identify and report stock variances, damages, or expired goods
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP or inventory management systems
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to prevent stock-outs or overstocking
• Prepare stock replenishment reports and assist in demand forecasting
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas
