Job Summary


The Interprofessional Practice Lead provides strategic and operational leadership for the design, implementation, evaluation, and continual improvement of interprofessional health programs and clinical pathways at UBC Student Health & Wellbeing (SHW). Those programs and clinical pathways aim to develop team-based care in SHW between Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, Psychiatrists, Counsellors, Psychologists, medical specialists and leadership overseeing the various disciplines. The Lead manages and fosters relationships and collaboration between these disciplines, develops project plans, designs the pathways, sets goals, milestones, and deliverables, and monitors implementation for pivots.
