Role and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Exhibition & Interpretation Manager to develop and deliver innovative visitor experiences across audience segments.
• Act as an audience champion and storyteller, developing public offerings that are welcoming, entertaining, challenging, and engaging.
• Work creatively with internal and external expert teams to discover and unlock stories that extend audience reach and deepen engagement.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver high‑profile initiatives, keeping a good grasp on project controls such as budget, deadlines and risk, reporting as needed, and delivering on time and on budget.
