Job Responsibilities
To process Purchase Order from Customer
To Prepare daily delivery schedule and packing list
To prepare Invoice and Delivery Order for daily shipment
To follow up or update delivery schedule if any changes date
To ensure proper filing of documents / records
To prepare report as and when required
To submit validate & submit e-invoice in Integrated System. Requirements
Preferred Internship and Fresh graduated are welcome
Experience in 1-2 year(s) of working experience in related field is required added advantage
Diploma or above education level in Business Studies / Administration Management / any related field
Familiar and highly literate with Microsoft Software (Word/Excel/Power Point)
Accuracy, efficiency, well-organized and good time management skills
