Internship – Financial Operations (Payment Operations)

Responsibilities

• Accurate preparation and distribution of SOAs.
• Timely communication with brokers/agents.
• Competent posting of journal entries with proper supporting documents.
• Reduce outstanding receivables and minimize provision figure.
• Develop proficiency in account reconciliation and cultivate a proactive, analytical problem solving mindset.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

This role will be based in our HQ, Pavillion Damansara Heights.
