Internship, Customer Experience & Insights
You'll be responsible for:
- Support the implementation of always-on customer outreach and engagement initiatives
- Assist in identifying and developing target customer segments for engagement communications
- Support survey setup, testing, and launch activities
- Perform basic data analysis and create charts/visuals for monthly reporting
- Gather and compile secondary research to support customer communication content development
- Analyse verbatim survey feedback, including coding and thematic clustering
- Monitor and analyse consumer sentiment through social listening activities
- Assist in tracking campaign performance, conduct benchmarking, and provide actionable insights to support business targets
