About the Role

ACCOUNTABILITIESS/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1.

Onboarding  Assist with gathering employees onboarding survey feedback for review sessions.

Assist with new hires on-boarding journey: Shine Spark eCards & team engagement/building activities.
​​​​​​​2.  Engagement  Assist in planning and executing the employee engagement activities across the organization between various department.

Assist with gathering post event survey feedback for review sessions.
