About the Role
Mercedes-Benz Portugal is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our Portuguese market operations in CRM and Digital Customer Journey. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in digital marketing, data analysis, and customer experience. You will work closely with our local Portuguese marketing team to contribute to marketing automation, website optimization, and the ongoing improvement of the digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM, E-mail Marketing, Automation and Analytics:
- Support the creation and adaptation of e-mail campaigns.
- Collaborate in the creation of marketing automation flows.
- Prepare agency briefings.
- Collaborate in the monthly newsletter creation.
- Analyze email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Prepare regular performance reports and optimization recommendations
