We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive digital‑savvy intern to join our team and help drive the execution and maintenance of our agency's digital system enhancements. Job Responsibilities
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for exciting new enhancements and solutions on our agency’s digital applications, documenting issues and collaborating on effective fixes.
- Assist in creating clear and engaging documentation, communication materials, and user guides for our digital applications.
- Support the preparation of insightful reports that inform our digital strategies.
- Provide first‑level support for inquiries related to the agency’s digital applications, ensuring a smooth user experience.
