Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound voice & chat queries (Mortgage Servicing)

Assist customers with payments, escrow & forbearance

Good in phonetic language for voice process.

Able to manage US customers.

Eligibility:

Any Graduate (Engineering & PG not eligible)

Freshers (0 1 yr) & Experienced (1 2 yrs)

35+ WPM typing speed & strong English communication

Night shift mandatory
