International Outreach & Recruitment Specialist (Hybrid) (Xico)

International Outreach & Recruitment Specialist (Hybrid) – Middle East Programs and Outreach Department supporting NYU Abu Dhabi. The Institute of International Education (IIE) seeks a highly motivated professional to serve as the first point of contact for prospective students, school counselors and community and educational organizations within Mexico, Central and South America.

This position develops and implements a strategic recruitment plan for NYU Abu Dhabi in the assigned geographic territory, providing subject matter expertise on admission to a wide array of stakeholders.

• Develop a detailed and targeted outreach and recruitment strategy plan for NYU Abu Dhabi within the assigned geographic region in consultation with team lead and subject for approval prior to implementation.
• First actor in new initiatives and special/technical projects.
• Accountable for recruitment strategy implementation.
