International Customer Support

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Contractor with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our international customers, demonstrating a high degree of ownership and a drive for product-led experience.

Responsibilities:

- Work in a 24x7 international customer service process environment, handling customer complaints and queries in a rotational shift pattern, five days a week .

- Utilize strong command of the English language to clearly articulate solutions and empathetically engage with customers.
