About the Role

  • Trade physical commodities including manganese ore, nickel ore/concentrate, bauxite, iron ore, chromite, and gold in international markets.
  • Analyze global supply-demand fundamentals, price benchmarks, freight trends, and geopolitical factors impacting metallic mineral markets.
  • Develop new sourcing channels and sales markets; negotiate spot and term contracts with international counterparties.
  • Structure and negotiate commercial terms including pricing formulas, quality specifications, Incoterms, volumes, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
  • Manage end-to-end trade execution including contracts, logistics coordination, shipping, documentation, insurance, and final settlement.
  • Monitor and manage market price risk, credit exposure, counterparty risk, and operational risk; implement hedging strategies where applicable.
