About the Role
The Durable Restoration Company is now hiring an International Assistant Project Manager. We are looking for someone who is able to assist our Project Manager oversees, onsite at our new construction project in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
CORE REQUIREMENTS
+ Must have at least a 2 year degree in construction/project management, architecture, engineering or equivalent field experience or prior experience in construction management administration or architectural training.
+ Must be experienced with submittals, the submittal process, shop drawings, product data, RFI's, change orders, pay apps, and other construction administration.
+ Must be able to read and understand spec books and blue prints.
+ Must have a working knowledge of BIM construction software.
+ Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
+ Must be willing to travel for extended trips (2-3 weeks per trip)
