Internal Service Sales and Business Support

Responsibilities

• 1. Responsible for the whole services sales process such as issuing Quotation, Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order.
• 2. Handling of SAP Service Module for Service Administration work.
  • Oversee the execution of service order processes from order entry to delivery.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external customers/suppliers.
  • Have the overall internal and external responsibility for handling assigned service orders, including escalation, reporting, and commercial billing.
  • Support standard import and export procedures.
• 3. Handling of SAP Service Inventory as this SAP Inventory system is a new process.
• 4. Service Spare Order E2E Process which includes the following tasks:
  • Performing Spare Ordering and Returning.
  • Managing Spare Part Inventory.
  • Tracking of movement and documentation (include MIGO and MIRO).
